Our Primary One class took on a delicious challenge—making their own fruit kebabs!
Under careful supervision, our young chefs practiced their hand-eye coordination by cutting up various fruits. They learned an important kitchen lesson: to make accurate cuts, the knife's teeth must point downwards. This is something we are going to continue to practice in the dinner hall.
We even had some patterns and sorting of colour and texture being observed!
We had a great morning!
