Today in P2, we had a fantastic time getting creative with watercolours! Our focus was on painting beautiful giraffes, and we learned some exciting new art techniques along the way!
First, we experimented with a paint wash to create a soft background for our giraffe's body. Then, we discovered how mixing red and white makes pink - perfect for painting their ears! To add texture and detail, we used recycled brown paper to create the giraffe’s unique patchy pattern.
The results were amazing! Each giraffe was unique, and we are so proud of our artwork. Well done P2!
