Pancake Tuesday was extra special for P2 this year! We had a wonderful visit from Chef Mark Wilson, who showed us all how to make delicious pancakes. We got to watch as Mark mixed, poured and flipped our pancakes, and we got to do the best part - eat them! It was so much fun! The classroom was filled with the yummy smell of pancakes cooking, and we all enjoyed putting on our toppings and digging in. A big thank you to Chef Mark for teaching us and making our day so exciting!
