Primary One Play-Based Learning: A Farmer's Life for Me!
26th Mar 2025
Our Primary One children are diving into the world of farming through exciting play-based learning activities. Here's a glimpse of their adventures:
- Water Tray Fun: cleaned muddy animals.
- Farm Art: They created beautiful farm pictures using various textures, boosting their creativity and artistic skills.
- Farm Scapes: Children developed fine motor skills by hammering nails into wooden shapes to build farm scenes.
- Table top memory games and puzzles: Quick thinking was encouraged with a farm-themed table-top memory game.
- Sand Play: In the sand area, students made tracks, filled containers, and moulded shapes.
- Imaginative Play: The small world farm and green café kitchen allowed for role-playing, developing social skills and understanding farm life.
