Our P2 children are embarking on an exciting new learning journey called "On an Adventure!" As part of their play-based learning, they are exploring the fascinating world of jungles—discovering the plants, animals, and unique habitat that make jungles so special.
So far, the children have been:
- Building jungle scenes with Lego
- Solving jungle-themed jigsaws
- Drawing and discussing what they see in non-fiction books
- Using binoculars and magnifying glasses to investigate details, just like real explorers!
This immersive experience helps P2 develop their curiosity and understanding of different habitats. As they become more familiar with the jungle, they will begin to compare it to our own environment here in Ireland.
